The terms that apply to every order from Origin Point Labs, LLC. Last updated September 28, 2026.
Origin Point Labs, LLC is a Texas limited liability company that sells lyophilized laboratory research reagents through originpointlabs.com. Contact: delivery@originpointlabs.com.
Every product is sold only as a laboratory research reagent. Products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not for human or veterinary use. Our research-use disclaimer is part of these terms.
By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for legitimate laboratory research, that you will not administer any product to a person or animal, and that you will not resell or relabel products for those uses. Before checkout you confirm this with a required checkbox. We may cancel any order where we believe this confirmation is untrue.
You must be at least 21 years old and ship to an address in the United States. You are responsible for making sure your laboratory may receive and handle these materials under the laws and institutional rules that apply to you.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The final total, including any shipping and tax, is shown before you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or the order conflicts with these terms. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
After you place an order, we send a Zelle request for the exact total from Origin Point Labs to the email, phone number or Zelle tag you provide. Your items are held for 48 hours; unpaid orders expire after that. We never ask for card or bank account numbers.
Orders ship within the United States once payment is confirmed. See our shipping policy for timing, carriers and tracking.
All sales are final. We replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete when reported within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy.
Certificates of analysis, batch numbers and purity figures describe the tested lot. They are not a warranty that a product is fit for any particular experiment.
Products are supplied as is, except for the lot identity described on the certificate of analysis. To the fullest extent the law allows, Origin Point Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for any use of a product that is contrary to these terms, and you agree to cover claims that result from such use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
