Privacy policy

How Origin Point Labs, LLC handles your information. Last updated September 28, 2026.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, and optionally a mobile phone number
• Shipping address and the contents of your order
• The Zelle or Venmo email, phone or username you give us so we can send a payment request
• Your research-use confirmation and, if you opt in, your consent to receive order texts
• Messages you send through our contact form

We do not collect or store card or bank account numbers.

How we use it

To process, fulfill and ship your order; to send payment requests; to send order updates by email and, only if you opt in, by text message; to answer your questions; and to keep records required by law.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store, under their own confidentiality and security terms: our hosting and database provider (Google Cloud), our email delivery provider, our text-message provider, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties. See our text message terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Security

Data is stored with access limited to our team, who sign in with individual company accounts. Payment is made directly between your bank or Venmo and ours.
