Product name, lot number, dates, and — when present — the analytical method and purity result.
Lot identity
Match the batch printed on the vial to the row below. A COA that does not name this lot is not verification. PDF files are attached per product as they are issued — empty purity means the current file is not on the storefront yet.

Publish a catalog-wide “99%” badge, reuse another lot’s chromatogram, or imply testing that is not in the file.
Email the laboratory with a photo of the label. Do not assume two batches are interchangeable.
